Thank you for choosing MTWML. We are committed to providing safe, high-quality baby products that meet rigorous standards of design and craftsmanship. This Limited Warranty Policy outlines your rights and our obligations regarding defects in materials or workmanship.
Coverage:
MTWML Store (hereinafter referred to as “MTWML”) warrants that each MTWML product, when used and maintained properly, will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of twelve (12) months from the date of purchase by the first retail owner (hereinafter referred to as the “Owner”). MTWML’s twelve (12) month limited warranty is hereinafter referred to as the “Limited Warranty.” Under this Limited Warranty, the Owner’s sole and exclusive remedy for defects in MTWML products is, at MTWML’s sole discretion, the repair or replacement of defective parts or components.
Exclusions:
This Limited Warranty does not apply to defects resulting from the failure to use, maintain, or store the MTWML product in accordance with the instructions provided in the manual or other materials provided to the Owner, and MTWML assumes no liability in such cases. The terms of this Limited Warranty also do not apply to the following situations, and MTWML assumes no liability for any damages or costs related thereto:
l Products that have been altered, modified, or changed in a manner inconsistent with factory specifications;
l Products purchased from unauthorized dealers (for a list of authorized dealers, please visit the “Store Locator”);
l Accidents, misuse, abuse, abnormal use, improper use, negligent use, intentional misconduct, lack of reasonable or proper maintenance or storage, improper repair, and/or normal wear and tear or deterioration resulting from the use of the product;
l Use of accessory parts not manufactured by the MTWML Store;
l Any defect or non-conformity that is not promptly reported to MTWML in writing, in no event later than thirty (30) days after the defect or non-conformity is discovered.
Warranty Claims

All warranty repairs must be performed by MTWML. To obtain warranty service for MTWML products, including any suspected defective parts, you must submit a detailed and specific claim to MTWML in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty and within the applicable warranty period. All repairs covered by this Limited Warranty or performed in accordance with its terms must be approved in writing by MTWML. The owner is responsible for all costs associated with shipping the MTWML product and/or defective parts to MTWML.
If the issue is not covered by this warranty, the consumer will be required to pay all costs associated with the services provided.
The sales receipt must be retained when filing a warranty claim.
Limitation of Liability
Except as expressly provided in this Limited Warranty, MTWML shall not be liable for any incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of the MTWML product or from any claim made under this Agreement, whether such claim is based on contract, tort, or otherwise. The foregoing warranty statement is exclusive and supersedes all other remedies.
Disclaimer
Any implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, as well as all implied warranties arising from the course of dealing, trade usage, statute, or otherwise, are strictly limited to the term of this written limited warranty. This Agreement constitutes the sole and exclusive remedy available to the Owner with respect to the MTWML product purchased. In the event of any allegation that MTWML has breached any warranty, or if the purchaser initiates any legal action based on MTWML’s negligence or other tortious conduct, the owner’s sole and exclusive remedy shall be the repair or replacement of defective materials as described above. No dealer, agent, or employee of MTWML has the authority to modify, extend, or expand the scope of this warranty.
Scope of Limited Warranty
This warranty is provided by MTWML solely to the original owner of the MTWML product and does not extend to any third party.
This limited warranty expressly incorporates all representations made by MTWML regarding the purchased product, including but not limited to MTWML’s product manuals, marketing materials, and advertisements. All terms of this limited warranty are contractual terms, not merely statements, and constitute the material terms of this limited warranty.
Other Rights
By accepting the MTWML product covered by this warranty, you accept the terms of this Limited Warranty. This Limited Warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights that vary by state.
Entire Agreement
This document contains the complete warranty provided by MTWML for your MTWML product. Except as set forth herein, there are no other terms, promises, conditions, or warranties regarding your MTWML product. MTWML expressly authorizes no person to extend the duration or scope of this limited warranty, nor to assume any other obligations or liabilities on behalf of MTWML with respect to the MTWML product.
This warranty is valid only in the country of original purchase. MTWML will not ship replacement or repair parts to locations outside the country of purchase.
