Incorrect Shipping Address

We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has entered fulfillment processing.

Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned to us due to:

We may issue a refund minus original shipping costs, or reship the order at the customer’s expense.

PS: We cannot ship to PO Boxes or Military Addresses (APO/FPO).
