Our products meet strict safety standards,and hope you are delighted with your purchase or gift from MTWML.

 

If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may initiate a return within thirty days of confirming receipt of your MTWML product purchased from our website. We will not charge any processing fees, but the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

 

All returns require a Return Authorization Number (R#), which you can obtain by contacting MTWML Customer Service at service@mtwml.com or by calling +86 173 4486 6644.

All unauthorized returns will be refused by the MTWML Store.

 

Returned product, including the original packaging, must be in new and unused condition, otherwise it cannot be returned.
